An Enhancement to Allow Administrator to Manage Event Visibility from Summary List

We have enhanced the Summary List page of Planning & Scheduling, Approvals, Meetings & Events modules that allows Administrators to quickly identify whether an event is visible to Business Users. 


Previously, Administrators had to open each event to verify if it was visible to Business Users. 


With this update, the visibility toggle is now available directly on the event's Summary List page. Administrators can easily verify and update the visibility status of events without navigating into each one, saving time and effort.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

- A visibility toggle is now available directly on the Summary List page.

 

- Administrators can easily verify and update the visibility status of events without multiple navigation steps.
Note:
 If an approval is linked to a meeting, the toggle button will be greyed out (see second image under Approvals). Turning off visibility at the meeting level will also apply to the linked approval
