Survey Questionnaire

You can build a new survey manually, load a pre-built System Template, or import questions directly from an existing file.

Section 1: Survey Questionnaire Template

Using pre-built templates saves time when sending a survey to users.

1.1 Access Survey Templates

• Navigate to Survey Questionnaire on the left menu, then click on Templates.
• Click Add Survey to use the template.

1.2 Build & Save Template

• Click + Add Template. Name the template, and set questions. Then, click Save.

Section 2: Creating a New Survey

2.1 Enter Survey Information

• Navigate to Survey Questionnaire > click + Add Survey.
• Enter the survey name.
• Set a deadline.
• Set to allow recipients to edit their submission and save as a draft.
• Add recipients. Manually enter email addresses or click Add BV User to select board members.

2.1 Build with AI

• Click Build Survey with AI.
• Enter a prompt to generate for survey creation.

Section 3: Share Survey Link & Manage Reminders

Once activated, distribute the survey link or resend notifications directly from the platform.

3.1 Select your distribution method

• Go to Survey Questionnaire > locate your survey > click Select Action > Share.

• Resend Email: Select pending respondents and click Confirm to re-trigger email notifications.
• Copy Link: Copy the direct URL to share through external channels or board communications.

3.2 Schedule Reminders

• Click Select Action > Set Reminder.
• Set Single or Recurring Reminders.

Section 4: Download Results

Download Survey Responses

• Go to Survey Questionnaire > locate your survey > click Select Action > click Download Response.
• Select to export results in Excel, PDF, or Word formats.
