Login Screen Not Displaying on iOS or Android Devices

If you tap on the Board.Vision app and see the below screens, 


Possible Causes & Solutions:

  1. JavaScript is turned off – Ensure JavaScript is enabled on your device. [Click here for steps to enable JavaScript]

  2. No network connectivity – Turn on Wi-Fi or ensure mobile data is active.



Important: Force quit the app and reopen it after making the above changes.
