Possible Causes & Solutions:
JavaScript is turned off – Ensure JavaScript is enabled on your device. [Click here for steps to enable JavaScript]
No network connectivity – Turn on Wi-Fi or ensure mobile data is active.
Important: Force quit the app and reopen it after making the above changes.
