If you open the Board.Vision app and the login screen do not appear, it may be caused by one of the following issues.

Possible Causes & Solutions
1. JavaScript is turned off
Ensure that JavaScript is enabled on your device.
2. No network connectivity
Check that your device is connected to the internet.
Turn on Wi-Fi or ensure that mobile data is enabled.
Important
After making the changes above, force quit the Board.Vision app and reopen it for the changes to take effect.
