Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to view participants' votes.
As the steps to view the other participants' votes for a schedule differ before, and after you have submitted your vote, please refer to the following steps provided.
To view participants' votes, before you or your Director submits your vote:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you have logged in, you will be directed to your Upcoming Items. At the top of the screen, you will be able to see your Director’s name.
3) If you wish to switch to act for another Director,
a) Tap on the Director’s name.
b) Select the name of the Director you would like to act for from the list. Then, tap on Done.
4) Once you have selected the Director, under 'To-Do: Schedules', tap on the schedule name.
4) On the Schedule page, tap on Show Voters.
5) Once you have tapped on Show Voters, you will be able to view who are the participants who had voted a 'Yes' to the proposed dates.
For example, Director Melissa had voted for 1 Feb 2022, Tue at 9 am - 12 pm, and 2 Feb 2022, Wed at 9 am - 12 pm SGT.
To view participants' votes, after you or your Director had submitted your vote:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you have logged in, you will be directed to your Upcoming Items. At the top of the screen, you will be able to see your Director’s name.
3) If you wish to switch to act for another Director,
a) Tap on the Director’s name.
b) Select the name of the Director you would like to act for from the list. Then, tap on Done.
4) Next, tap on Completed icon from the bottom menu bar.
5) Then, tap on the schedule from the Completed page.
6) On the Schedule page, tap on Show Voters.
7) Once you have tapped on Show Voters, you will be able to view who are the participants who had voted a 'Yes' to the proposed dates.
For example, Director Syikin had voted for 1 Feb 2022, Tue from 9 am - 12 pm.
You have successfully viewed participants' votes in the schedule.
