We have enhanced the Director's Disclosure Section 156, allowing Business Users and Authorised Preparers to circulate their existing appointments even when there are no new updates.
Previously, when there are no pending updates on appointments/interests to circulate, the system displayed a message indicating that there was nothing to circulate.
With this enhancement, Business Users and Authorised Preparers now have the flexibility to circulate their current list of appointments when needed, ensuring better record accuracy and communication.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
Previous Design - After clicking on the Send or Prepare Disclosure button, the system would display a message "Nothing to circulate." |  |
