Board.Vision has enhanced Approval Visibility and participant management to give Administrators more flexibility when managing approvals, meetings, and schedules.
- Add Participants When Approval Visibility Is Off
Previously, when an Admin turned off Approval Visibility, they could only add Observers but could not add Participants.
With this enhancement, Admins can now add Participants even when Approval Visibility is turned off. Admins can also choose whether to notify the Participant when adding them.
- Visibility Settings for Cancelled Events
Admins can now turn Approval Visibility on or off for cancelled events, such as Approvals, Meetings, and Schedules.
These updates provide greater control over participant management and visibility settings throughout the approval and meeting lifecycle.
