Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to delete an appointment or interest for Director(s). 

Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).


To delete an appointment or interest for Director(s):

1) Log in to your Director Disclosure account using your registered email address and password. 


2) Once you are logged in, both Sections 156 and 165 will be visible on your screen. At the top right of the screen, you will be able to see your Director’s name. 

 

3) If you wish to switch to act for another Director, 

a) Click on the Director’s name. 

b) Select the name of the Director you would like to act for from the Switch Director pop-up window.

c) Then, click on Switch Director.


4) Once you have selected the director, click on the company you would like to delete. 


Important Note: Only those appointments/ interests that have yet to be circulated can be deleted.

5) On the Change In Appointment / Interests page, click on the Trash icon at the top right. 


6)  On the Delete Appointment / Interest pop-up window, click on the Confirm button


7) After the appointment/interest has been successfully deleted, the corresponding entry will be removed from your Current Appointments / Interests list.


You have successfully deleted your Director’s appointment or interest.


Congratulations! You have completed the tutorial on how to delete an appointment or interest for a Director.


Important Note: The Appointments in companies that are pre-populated from Board.Vision cannot be deleted in the Director’s Disclosure portal. If there are any changes required, the Executive Assistant should contact the Company Secretary to make the required change from the Board.Vision portal.
