How to Make Changes to a Director’s Shareholding or Interest

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to make changes to a Director’s shareholding or interest.


Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).


To make changes to a Director’s shareholding or interest: 


1) Log in to your Director Disclosure account using your registered email address and password.  


2) Once you are logged in, both Sections 156 and 165 will be visible on your screen. At the top right of the screen, you will be able to see your Director’s name.  


3) If you wish to switch to act for another Director, 

a) Click the Director’s name at the top right corner.
b) In the “Switch Director” pop-up window, select the Director you want to act for.
c) Click Switch Director to confirm. 


4) Go to Section 165 to proceed to the Current Shareholdings section. Then, click on the Shareholding / Interest you would like to make changes to. 


5) Under Direct or Deemed Interest, click on the Pen icon.


6) On the Shareholdings / Interests pop-up window, click on the Edit icon to change the existing record. Then, click on the Update button.


7) Click on the Confirm Shareholdings button at the bottom of your screen.
