How to Access Your Documents Offline

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials! 

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to access your Meeting or Approval documents offline.

Note: 

• This article applies to Board.Vision iPad app version 4.0.0 and requires iPadOS 17.0 or later.  
• Please ensure that you are connected to the internet first to initiate the download of documents.

To access your Meeting or Approval documents offline:

1) Log in to the Board.Vision App with your registered email address and password.

2) Tap on the download icon for the Meeting or Approval.

3) A screen appears showing that syncing is in process.

4) After the synchronisation is completed, the screen will be displayed. Tap on Done.

5) The tick icon will appear, indicating that the documents have synced and can be accessed offline.

When there is no connection, an Offline label will be indicated at the top of the screen.

Offline Mode

• For Meetings:

• You can view and annotate documents offline.
• Annotations will sync automatically once you reconnect.

• For Approvals:

• You can view and annotate documents offline.
• The Action and Collaboration features are unavailable.
• Annotations will sync automatically once you reconnect.
