How to Access Your Documents Offline

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials! 

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to access your Meeting or Approval documents offline.

Note: 

• This article applies to Board.Vision iPad app version 4.0.0 and requires iPadOS 17.0 or later.  
• You must be connected to the internet initially to download and synchronise documents for offline use. 

To access your Meeting or Approval documents offline:

1) Log in to the Board.Vision App with your registered email address and password.

2) Tap on the download icon for the Meeting or Approval.

3) A progress screen will appear showing that synchronisation is underway. 

4) Once synchronisation finishes, tap Done.

5) When working offline, an Offline label will appear at the top of the screen.

A check-mark icon indicates that the documents are fully synced and ready for offline viewing.

Note: Meetings or Approvals that have not been synced will appear greyed out and cannot be opened offline.

What You Can Do in Offline Mode

• For Meetings:

  • View documents and add annotations offline.

  • Your annotations will automatically sync to the server once your device reconnects to the internet.

• For Approvals:

  • View documents and add annotations offline.

  • Action and Collaboration features are unavailable while offline.

  • Your annotations will automatically sync to the server once your device reconnects to the internet.
