In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to cease a Director's appointment in the Register of Directors.


Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).  


To cease a Director's appointment in the Register of Directors: 


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 

 

2) Once you are logged in, navigate to Registers from the left menu. Under the Register of Directors listing page, select a record and click on the Remove from Register (Trash) button.


3) On the "Remove from Register" pop-up screen, enter the Date of Cessation and Reason of Cessation.

Then, select the Director's Disclosure status and click on Remove from Register.

Note: If no circulation is required, you may select "No, it's already circulated".


4) Once updated, the record will be displayed under the past listing page.
