Administrators can now allow Auditors to download documents that are associated with users or uploaded by users within the Record Management System (RMS).
This setting can be accessed from the Auditor’s Personal Information > Auditor's Access Settings > Document Settings.
When configuring the Auditor’s access, Administrators will now see a new option:
“Allow Auditor to download User Profile documents and User Shared documents in the Record Management System.”
Note: Only Product Owners, Super Administrators, and Elevated Administrators are permitted to update an Auditor’s Access Settings.
