If you have made changes to the following fields in the Director's Disclosure Section 156 Current or Past Appointment/Interest, the status will change from "Circulated" to "Pending Circulation" in which a re-circulation will be required:

- Interest / Appointment

- Please Specify

- Date of Cessation
